Percy was a stray cat being fed by a couple of the neighbors. They thought it was very strange that a cat that looked like it had some Persian in it was wandering the streets, but assumed someone in the neighborhood moved away and left him behind. He has the BEST personality. His name should be Mr. Mellow. He is the sweetest guy and deserves a wonderful "forever" home where he will never be abandoned again.
