Scottie - adopted!
Scottie is a big beautiful tabby male. We think his owners moved away without him when he showed up last year at a feral colony looking for food and love. He was and can be a talker. He was clearly a tame cat not afraid of humans.
One morning he was not there. Pasadena Humane picked him up because his rear right leg was crushed. A vet said he had no other internal injuries and amputation was possible. Scottie tested negative for Felv/FIV and was in good health. Scottie later experienced a very bad seizure. He was given an MRI that was inconclusive, but that ruled out a brain tumor, so he was diagnosed with epilepsy. He is taking anti seizure meds and is a very happy cat. He gets along well with other cats in his foster home. He hops along pretty fast for a tripod kitty. Scottie loves to play and is not fussy at all. He would be a great companion to an elderly human or family with other disabled cats.
